Course Overview:
- RTOS Concepts: An introduction to the CMSIS-RTOS2 API and Key RTOS concepts. An overview of Cortex-M processor hardware features that support the use of an RTOS
- Design Techniques: Explore how to use an RTOS to develop a practical application. We also cover software testing an additional debugger support for RTOS based projects
- Software Architecture: The course will also introduce a layered software architecture designed to improve productivity and code reuse.
Prerequisites:
- Experience of programming Cortex M microcontrollers OR attendance of the Cortex M workshop
- Knowledge of C programming language
