The phyCORE-iMX 8M Mini System on Module combines best-in-class performance and low power consumption with minimal size and affordability.

One special feature is the integrated MIPI-DSI to FlatLink™ converter. When placing the processor, care was taken to place capacitors directly below the processor in order to achieve optimum signal and system stability. Since the phyCORE-i.MX 8M Mini is designed as a solder module (BGA), costs and resources are already saved during production. Separate, grounded soldering surfaces at the corners of the module allow for additional mounting, so that the phyCORE-i.MX 8M Mini can also be used with applications in demanding and harsh environments.
