PBpro ETH is a family of interfaces for remote access to one, two, three or four PROFIBUS segments via Ethernet for device parameterization, controller programming and data acquisition. On the PC the remote interface acts like a local PROFIBUS board.

With Softing’s FG-200, it is possible to integrate up to four FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus (FF) H1 links into control systems supporting Modbus. The FG-200 provides redundancy and is suitable for use in hazardous areas. This device features fast access to process data, while making use of FF advantages like reduced cabling, central field device parameterization, comprehensive diagnostics, or intrinsically safe device segments. It is compatible with the R. STAHL bus-Carrier Series 9419 and Fieldbus Power Supply Series 9412 products for easy commissioning.

sysWORXX USB-CANmodul1

The USB-CANmodul1, is a small-sized and very cost-effective CAN-bus interface solution for connecting the CAN-bus to the PC via USB. CAN messages are tunneled transparently - thereby the module can support all kind of higher-layer CAN-based protocols, such as CANopen, SDS, DeviceNet or J1939.* Its fast yet low-power 32-bit CPU core with integrated message buffers ensures reliable communication even at high busload. Each received CAN message gets a precise time stamp derived from the module’s hardware timer.

The provided PC driver allows for easy plug&play installation and supports simultaneous operation of up to 64 USB-CANmodul devices on the same PC.

The USB-CANmodul2, is an extended version of our USB-CANmodul1 and is designed to provide a most flexible, yet cost-efficient CAN-bus interface solution for connecting CAN to the PC via USB. CAN Messages are tunneled transparently - therefore the module can support all kind of higher-layer CAN-based protocols, such as CANopen, SDS, DeviceNet or J1939.* Its new 32-bit CPU core ensures reliable communication even at high busload, and provides precise message time stamps.

The PC driver allows for easy plug&play installation and supports simultaneous operation of up to 64 USB-CANmodul2 on the same PC. The USB-CANmodul2 with low-speed and single-wire CAN transceivers are available on different device versions. An 8-bit digital I/O port is also included. Based on the successful USB CAN Gateway designs, the USB-CANmodul8 version bundles 8 CAN-channels in one device, connected to the PC via high-speed USB2.0 with up to 480Mbps. This USB CAN Gateway allows a most comfortable, yet cost efficient way to transfer CAN-bus messages in distributed systems that require a centralized data collection, like used in automotive applications, research institutes or laboratories.

As all other versions of the SYS TEC USB CAN Gateway series, the USB-CANmodul8 can support all kind of higher-layer CAN-based protocols since CAN Messages are tunneled transparently, such as CANopen, SDS, DeviceNet or J1939.*
