PBpro ETH is a family of interfaces for remote access to one, two, three or four PROFIBUS segments via Ethernet for device parameterization, controller programming and data acquisition. On the PC the remote interface acts like a local PROFIBUS board.

Foundation Fieldbus Interface Cards and Gateways

FFusb Interface

  • USB interface to access FOUNDATION™ fieldbus H1 networks
  • No interference with existing process control systems
  • Includes a free communication DTM and programming interface for integration into proprietary systems

FFusb provides direct access to FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 segments and field devices. This USB interface does not interfere with any running process control system. The product includes a free Communication DTM and offers a programming interface for integration into proprietary systems.

FFeasy

  • Rapid realization of simple FOUNDATION fieldbus H1 transmitters
  • Combines hardware, software and additional tools to implement FOUNDATION™ fieldbus H1 transmitters with no programming effort
  • Uses Softing’s Fieldbus Kit FBK-2 based on standard function block applications

FFeasy and PAeasy provide a fast migration path enabling transmitter devices for FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF) H1 and PROFIBUS PA, respectively. The integration is based on Softing Industrial Automation’s embedded module FBK-2 and requires little time and no programming. It is suitable for most HART or Modbus transmitter devices.

FFblue

FFblue offers a direct access to FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 segments and connected field devices using the Bluetooth interface and a a proprietary API. It does not interfere with any running process control system.

With Softing’s FG-200, it is possible to integrate up to four FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus (FF) H1 links into control systems supporting Modbus. The FG-200 provides redundancy and is suitable for use in hazardous areas. This device features fast access to process data, while making use of FF advantages like reduced cabling, central field device parameterization, comprehensive diagnostics, or intrinsically safe device segments. It is compatible with the R. STAHL bus-Carrier Series 9419 and Fieldbus Power Supply Series 9412 products for easy commissioning.
